Back in 1966, Scott and Sandy Thompson decided to bring some great food at a fair price to Round Lake Beach. Scotty’s was the precursor to all fast food in the area, even before McDonalds. It has catered to three generations of Round Lake High School students as well as to local neighbors and business leaders. Featuring great hot dogs with fresh cut fries and other specialties, Scotty’s has maintained its consistency and neighborhood glow.
