Jack Moos was only 19 years old when he and his brother opened Happy Jack’s Sandwich & Ice Cream Shop. He and his wife Sherri met while working there. Jack and Sherri lived just a few doors away, so the business has always been very much a part of the family. Jack has also become one of the largest collector’s of Coca-Cola memorabilia and has made it a focal point of every part of the restaurant… even the basement office. Vienna Beef products share the spotlight on the menu with great homemade subs, Italian Beef, and wonderful ice cream.
