In 1976 Phyllis Bartell started a fast food emporium on Chicago’s northwest side. Phyllis, with the support of her staff and family, has created a following of devoted fans. This landmark has been a destination for hungry neighbors for over thirty years. Bob-O's features a popular menu highlighted by Vienna Beef products, as well as homemade Italian beef and fresh cut fries.
